Sebastian Dietzmann joined Mytheresa in 2015 as Managing Director. He has served as Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director since 2019 and as a member of our Management Board since 2021.
Sebastian’s operational proficiency has been central in propelling Mytheresa's growth and success in the competitive luxury e-commerce market. He is responsible for the worldwide operations of Mytheresa, overseeing logistics, customer services and shop management across the headquarters, logistic centers and global offices. He has been an integral force driving the operational excellence of Mytheresa, playing a crucial role in supporting the company’s exceptional growth with agile and innovative solutions.
Prior to joining Mytheresa, Sebastian was the Senior Director & Head of e-Commerce Services International at eBay Enterprise. Before that, he served as Senior Director Business Management at GSI Commerce. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Vice President of Product Management and Distribution at product + concept GmbH
