Martin Beer joined Mytheresa in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. He is a member of our Management Board since 2020.

Martin led Mytheresa’s IPO in 2021, positioning the company for sustained profitability and long-term shareholder value growth.
With over 17 years of experience in executive leadership roles within fast-growing digital-focused and B2C/B2B e-commerce companies, such as RUBIX, SYNLAB, Weltbild, and DBH, Martin brings a wealth of financial acumen and operational expertise. At the start of his professional career, he honed his skills at McKinsey & Company, where he played a key role as part of the European Consumer Goods Practice.
